Amadeoo is a 100% digital language learning platform that allows its students to learn through a live stream video chat with their teachers. One of the key aspects of the project is the freedom of the students to choose when, where and with witch teacher they want to learn a new language
The challenge was to first, identify the UX weaknesses of the previous design and then try to establish a path of empathy with the users and create a smooth and easy platform that puts the student in the focus to enhance their learning experience
The new UX puts the student in the center, trying to maximize their experience and highlighting the freedom possibilities of the platform
Our priority was to make it easy for the new students to start a new video class, and all the UX worked in that direction
Letting the technology speak for himself
One of the difficulties of a digital project like this sometimes is just the need for new users. If the product it’s good and the users are satisfied once they experienced it the project will go on. Our work was to clean the path as much as possible and to empower and encourage users to try it, play around with it, and make it feel like their own space.
